2. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your Misspeetrends pieces, but if you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, please email sales@misspeetrends.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.

Non-returnable items:
